Tone Parts Electronics Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer with many years of experience in research, development, design and manufacturing of electronic parts. Our company specializes in ultra-precision, patch, ultra-small, ultra-thin, multi-functional, waterproof switch, socket R & D and manufacturing. Now has more than 2000 kinds of products, widely used in audio equipment, audio-visual equipment, anti-theft equipment, digital cameras, video cameras, DVD, MP3/MP4, mobile phone communications, computer peripherals, electric toys, electronic dictionaries and learning machines and other digital products.
All raw materials are imported from South Korea, France, the United States, Japan, etc. 60% of the products are exported and 40% are sold internally. The company produces 0.5 billion electronic switch products annually, and the products are exported to Southeast Asia, America, Europe and other countries and regions. The company has been adhering to the development concept of "survive by quality, benefit from management, win reputation by service, and promote development with innovation", which has been supported by customers all over the years.

 

The company's Shenzhen plant is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, with a plant area of 8000 square meters. The company has a large number of experienced technical engineers, in the ISO9001:2000 perfect quality system, ISO14000:2004 perfect environmental system and QC080000 environmental quality system to develop a variety of high quality of new products in line with environmental protection, after stamping, injection molding, electroplating and other processes, the parts for production and processing.

 

In the whole process, the incoming materials and finished products are checked. The test items include: life test, insulation resistance test, contact resistance test, elasticity test, stroke test, weldability test, high temperature resistance test, salt spray test, etc. The entire assembly process is carried out in the ultra-clean, dust-free and anti-static workshop to ensure that all products can maintain their various quality requirements.

 

The factory has advanced fully automated production equipment, the annual output of switches can reach 0.5 billion, 2 million sets of hinges and wires, and the annual output value can reach 10 million US dollars.
